As Mama LoveBug promised, she'd post a picture of her third brooch. This one is different in that it is not using SU paper or ink, but school paper. I used Fayette, Home of the Eagles, to achieve the effect of the flower petals, and created a wearable school brooch. I'm going to try something similar with school paper for my granddaughters, so look for a Bryan, Home of the Bears, brooch coming soon. Here's the finished product. Thanks for strolling by.

Lucky Charm Blog Hop!!
Happy St. Patrick's Day!!!! Welcome to the Lucky Charm Blog Hop! If you've arrived from Wendy's Blog then you are in the right place!! If you were stopping by to say hello and want to join in the fun please go back to the beginning by clicking here -http://www.crossmyheartpapercrafts.blogspot.com/! This blog hop is all about creating something for the lucky charm in your life..
So we are going to start with Mama Lovebug's card!!
When Mama LoveBug thinks of Lucky Charms (especially at this time of year), I imagine shamrocks, the color green, and St. Patrick’s Day memorabilia, but as a recently retired teacher, I feel a “lucky charm” in today’s world has to be something educational. From my point of view, that’s a diploma, whether it be for kindergarten, middle or high school, college, military, trade school, GED, whatever – that diploma can open doors to one’s future! So with that in mind, I designed a Lucky Charm Graduation Card.
Recipe for Lucky Charm Graduation Card
*Kelly green card base with matching envelope, corners chomped
*Plaid lighter green second layer, corners chomped
*Lighter green ribbon adhered to second layer paper
*Embellishments – Good Luck with shamrock and plain shamrock from my daughter Kim’s creativity with the Cricut Imagine
1. For the Good Luck I adhered this to the card with dimensionals
2. For the plain shamrock I stamped the sentiment, You did it, with stamp
from Close to My Heart grad set, went over the words with a glitter pen
and fashioned some faux-stitching
*Lucky Girl Graduate - Sizzix body, hair, face, and graduation dies with Liquid Pearls as accent to provide detail and a sense of dimensionOn to Kimi's Project!
For this card I wanted to try something that I never have before! So after watching this awesome video by Michelle from Scrappin' With My Bug (here on youtube or by going to her blog here!) I decided to give it a try! My lucky charm is my best friend and I know she will love this card!! I took 3 pictures to try and give you an idea of what it looks like when it spins!
The computer generated sentiment reads
"A best friend is like a 4 leaf clover- Hard to find and lucky to have"
I wanted a great sentiment and thought this was perfect! This and others can be
Recipe for Best Friend Lucky Charm Card
-Cream Cardstock
-Green Pattern from Blossom Imagine Cart.
-Girls from Best Friends Imagine Cart.
-Shamrock from Designer Calendar Cart
-Sentiment computer generated
-Flower Brads from Stampin' Up!
~Bling, Lime Green Stickles, and
some home made glimmer spray which doesn't show up well in pics!
Now for the Blog Candy! I'd like to apologize in advance for the horrible picture! 2 of the 4 items are in that clear plastic wrap that makes picture taking a nightmare!! But here it is!
One lucky winner will get all!
-Tag book from K&Company
-Journal tag book from K&Company
-Martha Stewart Ribbon Bows
-Me and My Big Ideas Flower Embellishments

Best Friends!
I made a cute card for another color challenge on the MB. The challenge was to use any of these colors: pink, yellow, brown, black, and silver!!! Now I will say if you don't have a sense of humor you might want to skip by this card. One of the girls that inspired this card is a great papercrafter who's biggest love is paper! The yellow shirt she has on is a play on words and I hope you all will understand. Like I said...if easily offended just skip by! The other girl loves a good celebrity train wreck and well Charlie S. has provided a lot of jokes lately. So the pink shirt she has on reflects that! I hope some of you will get a good chuckle! Here it is!
Close up of the girls
Not sure if it shows up that well but the yellow shirt says "Paper Ho" and the pink shirt says "Duh! Winning" It's a case of looks great in person and not so great in pictures! I'll be the first to admit I'm a papercrafter...Not a photographer! Hope you enjoy the card! Let me know what you think!!!

Hello there! I want to share some pictures of some more treat holders I made! When I saw this little bag on one of Imagine carts (can't remember which one off hand right now) I just had to make it! Thought they would be really cute for some more Easter goodies! I didn't get a picture of the insides but there are some curly q's! This time they are each double sided and I love em! :)

A Lil' Hello!
Hi there everyone! Hope you are having a wonderful sunday! I wanted to share a card I made last week for a challenge! I was in a rush and not used to making anything without the Gypsy so I'm horrible about sizing! However even though it's small I think it's cute! I made it for a challenge on a MB! The challenge was to use yellow, green, and white! Enjoy! :)

Thank you Cards!
Hi there! 2 posts in one day....wow! Well I made this card a couple days ago but it was for my sweet friend Tanya - Check out her page for updates on Aidan and where to send a card! I knew she would see it and I wanted her to be the first so I had to wait..But today it arrived in her mail along with the super cute whale shirt I made for her little man and 3 cards for Aidan! So now I can share it! It was one of my first Imagine cards so its not the best but I enjoyed making it and I'm pretty sure she enjoyed receiving it! Here it is!
I also had my little ones sit down and help make some thank you cards for her as well! They never get to play with "Mommy's Stuff" so they were super excited! I had them pick out the card shape (they both wanted the same) and then I let them pick the colors for everything and help me put them together. They also wrote *with mommy's hand over theirs* on the inside of their cards! So here is what they came up with!
Hope you've enjoyed these cards! Let us know what you think!!! :)

Easter Box!
Hi everyone! Well I decided to put the Imagine back to work and made another project for our Craft Show March 19! This time I decided to do a box! The box is from the Imagine More Cards Cartridge! Now being a newbie on the I it took a bit to figure this out. Most of the boxes I've cut on the Expression always have little score marks. Well not so on the Imagine. So it took a bit for my brain to figure this out. But I've got to say it was worth it! I absolutely love this little box!! Super cute and hopefully now that I know what I'm doing....super easy! :) So here it is!
and here is a side view
So what do you think? Leave us a comment and let us know!! Thanks for stopping by!! :)

Treats for Easter!
Hi everyone! Kimi here! I know it's a ways til Easter but we've got a craft show coming up (March 19) and we are starting to get things ready! So we thought what's better for Easter then candy? And you have to have something to put candy in, right? So I made these cute little treat bags! Each one is a little different then the next! Here are the first 4!
And here are the next 4!
You can see close ups of each one on our business page by clicking here!
While I was making these I realized I did not have any easter grass. So I ended up cutting a bunch of matching paper into strips, crimping them and accordian folding them. Well I didn't like how that looked so my hubby (clever man that he is) found one of the kids toys and told me to wrap it around that....viola....Curlie-q's! Loved the way this looked so I re-did them all! Thank you hubby! :) Now as of right now there is no candy in them but that's going to change before the show!
Thanks for looking and please let me know what you think of these cute little Easter Treat bags!
