Sneak Peek Day 5- Dawn Mercedes & Stephanie ♥

Dawn Mercedes Project!!

Today, I am sneak peeking a totally awesome new collection of Ribbons from Lovebug Creations!  Who is wild about CHEVRONS!!!

This sentiment comes from Joy's Life: "My Hero" set.  

While this set is filled with thoughtful praises, this "Totally Awesome" phrase reminded me of my 80's youth.  So, I cut out a cassette tape (my favorite mix!!)...some loud neon colors...

added a Madonna-esque bow on that star...

and CHEVRON Ribbon! (But, back then, we called it ZigZags! lol)

 Rumple Ribbon doesn't have to be so rumpled. 

I thought keeping it smooth would really show off the fun patterns

that will be in stock tomorrow.  So smooth, that you can easily decorate the inside of your card using this thin, patterned ribbon!

Welcome to Day 3 of the LoveBug Creation's Sneak Peek Week.  Have you been checking out the blog and our FB page lately? Sneak Peek Day 1 - LBC Wild Thang

Welcome Crafties - It's Mama LoveBug here to start sneak peek week for LoveBug Creations.  We have a new product that will be officially launched on Friday, July 12, during our LBC Blog Hop so mark that on your crafty want-to-see calendar.

During the sneak peek week (say that fast 3x), the CT and Pals will be showing you something really fun to add to your craft arsenal AND there's blog candy for the Sneak Peek Week AND the LBC Hop on Friday - so that's TWO prizes for two lucky crafties (each a $10 certificate to our store).

My project started out with a triple-stamp card base of Zebra Kraft paper (see dimensions below), a darling digi stamp from Paper Shelter called "Maniac", various stamps from my stamp stash, my Star Dust gel pen, a computer-generated sentiment, and something else - can you spot that?

Did you spot something Wild?? Stay tuned each day as LoveBug Creations reveals a little more info on our new product.


Here's the dimensions and some info on how to use this technique to make a card of your own:

Dimensions for the stamped layers - 1 each
2" x 3-1/4"
3" x 4-1/4"
4" x 5-1/4"
Dimensions for the cardstock mat layers - 1 each
2-1/4" x 3-1/2"
3-1/4" x 4-1/2"
5-1/2" x 8-1/2" (fold for card base to get a great crease)

For me it was very helpful to have this dimension guide - no guess work!!

Christine's Sneak Peek Take-over!!!

Hi Lovebug Creations Lovers!

Welcome to Day 6 of the Sneak Peek Tour! It's Christine from Scarlet Calliope and I'd love to share a sneak peek of some of the newest colors of the Lovebug Creations Rumple Ribbon! I'm a girly girl so I was over-the-moon elated to get a dreamy package of beautiful pink-hued ribbons to play with.

Kimi here to share with you my color to sneak!!! It's called "Gentleman's Jacket"!!!

For my project I made an album page for a "not-so-mini" I've been working on for a while. If you are a FB fan you may have seen some of the other sneaks for this album! I love how its turning out! The "Gentleman's Jacket" ribbons are working perfectly with the papers and embellies I've been using throughout the album already!!! So here it is...

Dorcas here from Crafty Card Angel bringing you a sneak peek of some fabulous rumple ribbon colors available at Lovebug Creations. This color is simply gorgeous!!! I love it because the blue coordinates with many hues on the blue palette.

This little treat holder is full of jelly beans and a great treat for Easter for the kids! Mama LoveBug & Dawn Rene's Sneak Peekaboo

Hi Crafties!  This is the LoveBug Creations CT Sneak Peek Week - (say that fast three times).......Each day members of the CT will showcase aka tease you with a specific color from our new Rumple Ribbon Spring Collection.  Since this is my shared blog (with daughter Kimi), I can let you in on the name of my ribbon color but for others on the CT, you need to check out their blogs for the scoop.

I actually made two sneakers (one is even wearing sneakers!!).  My first project is a bookmark but you could use it as a gift tag too.  I love to read, so I found this a useful project for myself.  My second project is a double-sided stand-up card for one of my besties at work.

My LBC Rumple Ribbon spring color is Oh Darling!
For the bookmark I threaded the ribbon and made a bow at the top; my focal image was a lovely heart from Loralie Designs; the sentiment is from a Dr. Seuss quote collection online.

For the sneaker girl I used a cutie from button girls by Treasure Box.

During the sneak peek week you can have a chance to win any two colors from the LBC Rumple Ribbon spring collection, but unfortunately, this blog candy has to remain in the USA.  So if you've a yen for some rumple ribbon, here's what you need to do:
1.  Become a fan if you aren't already
