Wow, what a line-up of great prizes!  And speaking of line-ups – here’s a list of the blog spots so you won’t get lost:

I have an eclectic, whimsical style and as for cards I tend to enjoy crafting triple-stamped cards. I found that using that design lends itself to experimentation with stamps, different sprays and mists.  I recently discovered Mr. Huey sprays and used several with a circular mask to create this card.  The centerpiece of the card is actually a sticker I had in my stash.

First I'll give you the dimensions and some info on how to use this technique to make a card of your own:

Dimensions for the stamped layers - 1 each
2" x 3-1/4"
3" x 4-1/4"
4" x 5-1/4"
Dimensions for the cardstock mat layers - 1 each
2-1/4" x 3-1/2"
3-1/4" x 4-1/2"
5-1/2" x 8-1/2" (fold for card base to get a great crease)

For me it was very helpful to have this dimension guide - no guess work!!

After cutting the card stock and mats, I lightly adhered them together and placed the mask on top.  I sprayed some Mr Huey in Ocean and Peppermint and then adhered our LoveBug Creations Rumple Ribbon (the Old Glory Collection found HERE) AND some LBC Mama's Mesh on the mats. I cut these strips to lay between the top two layers and fashioned two bows for the top and bottom of the center panel.  Here's my Celebrate Freedom project:

You too can use your crafty mojo to design something to Celebrate Freedom!!

Remember, no matter how you piece your paper and rumple your ribbon, have fun with it..........cyber Celebration of our Freedom..........Mama LoveBug

Now let's move the parade to see what's happening with HAIDEE

Ellen's Special Delivery ♥

Heading into the patriotic summer holidays of Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day, I asked Kimi of Lovebug Creations to please develop some Rumple Ribbons in red, white and blue. She responded in spades!!
She made two sets of R-W-B ... one that is called the Old Glory collection, and the other is the Star Spangled collection, both of which are now available in the online store.

Old Glory has more vintage, subdued colors of Betsy Ross Blue, Washington White and Revere's Ride Red. In the Star Spangled collection, you'll find parts of the "Simply" colors -- Simply Red, Simply White, Simply Blue.  (Simply Black and Simply Grey are also now available.)

This card mixes up the collections; I used Simply Red and Betsy Ross Blue -- and they're perfect matches for my die cut tags on this card. Hop on over to my blog for more details on how I made this card!
