Look at me - all grown up on the Momma's Mesh Monday!!  I used some black mesh and every buggy ribbon on this wine hanger.
I am having so much fun making these bottle hangers.  Since they don't have to fit in an envelope they can hang over and be as thick as I can possible make them!  This was hung from a bottle of bubbles (would have been nice to take a pic, huh!)

Hi buggy friends!

Stephanie here today to share a project I made using Mama's Mesh. I am switching from Friday posts to Monday's now! How exciting! Change is good!!

I attended a baby shower yesterday for a friend who does not know her baby's gender.

Here is the card I made for her:

 On top of the green cardstock I added Mama's Mesh in White. I love the texture & dimension this gives to my card. I think it looks stunning! You can read more about my card on my blog.

Happy Fall, Ya'll - Mama LoveBug Style

Good Tuesday to you crafties!  It's Mama LoveBug with a fall center step card today.

Fall is such a warm and cozy time with rich shades of colors to play with - yummy oranges, yellows, reds, browns, greens, and various other non-traditional autumn hues; it also screams out for some grunge and that's what I designed for you today.

I cut this out on my Cameo and used a delightful crow image from an old file I had from PPbN - lots of crows, pumpkins, and apple baskets in that one. I put a row of black pearls on the front part of the step.  The center panel image has some gel glitter pen accents. The other embellies were pumpkin and leaf stickers plus a grungy bow for the basket made from the LBC Halloween Grunge collection see online store for more details - just the right color to spice up the card.

Autumn Blessings Blog Hop

Welcome to the Autumn Blessings Blog Hop.  It's that time of year when family and friends may share a good meal, have memories to recount, and think about those who can't be with them for whatever reason.

If you've arrived from Paula, you're on the right path.  Our blog hostess Lisa wanted us to create a project for her hop using the theme, Autumn Blessings, so sit back with your favorite beverage and gobble up some inspiration for the coming fall gatherings.  Lisa also has some blog candy which she'll detail on her spot.

I made two cards using techniques that are out of my comfort zone, so I am blessed with plenty of crafty resources - either in supply form or Internet inspiration!

This first card is an easel card, which I fashioned with various layers, using a pumpkin house w/mice digi stamp Dearie Dolls Digis, some gel pens for highlighting, and punched pattern paper w/stamps for the sentiment -
So Thankful for Good Friends Like You!

The second card is a center-step card.  I used a few different patterns from Paper Piecing by Nikki Happy Fall Crows to add the autumn flavor.  I fussy cut the crow with pumpkins and the apple basket (again highlighting w/gel pens).  I added some ribbon and pearls to the front step to give the card more of a 3-D look.

It was a pretty easy peasy card to make but turned out so cute!!! I hope you like it and it inspires you to go get some of Nikki's adorable patterns and play! :)

Nuts about You~ PPbN DT Offering

Hello everyone! It's Thursday so I'm back with another fun fall card inspired by Nikki's "Fall Character's" Pattern! I'm so in love with this set! Every "character" is just adorable!!! So here's my card...

 

I used an embossing folder on his little "top" part to make him look more realistic! I love it!! Paired this little nut with some DCWV paper from "The Ultimate" stack and a sentiment from PBD! I used the "printable critter eyes" that Nikki has as well and the smile is PK! Buttons are from SU!

 

I hope you enjoy this card and it inspires you to check out Nikki's adorable and reasonably priced patterns!!!

Paper Piecings by Nikki DT and Action Wobbles Offering - Borders

DT Paper Piecings by Nikki - Extra Fall Project Tags

Happy Day, Crafties!  I'd like to remind everyone that we are entering the fall season and there are so many choices to pick from at PPbN - it's like being a kid in a candy store with a penny (hey do they even make penny candy any more?)

So with all these choices DT Pam aka Mama LoveBug wants to share a very clever and unique paper collection from Paper Piecings by Nikki - it's called Falling 4 You and can be found at her online store http://www.paperpiecingsbynikki.com/

These little characters are too cute with their corresponding fall colors and activities - who wouldn't want to have their yard raked by this charming young man and who wouldn't love to grab a cup of hot cocoa for the darling little lady!!

I fussy cut the characters and added some sparkle to highlight.  I had some lovely leaf paper from Sherry K Designs (digital paper), some lovely fall ribbon, and a sentiment - What a Treat (Wal-Mart stamp) on a SU punched-out circle.  The tag was punched at the top, the ribbon threaded through, and tied in a bow.
