Dawn Rene's Beautiful Birthday Card ♥

Happy Monday! Dawn Rene here sharing a card I made with birthday Bestie and Lovebug Creations' Rumple Ribbon. 

I colored the Bestie stamp with Copic markers. I rolled the rumple ribbon to make the flowers using the Green Leaves and Sunflower ribbon. I added a couple bows with the Simply White. I think I put white, black or grey ribbon on everything I create!

Happy Birthday to You - Taylor!!

Welcome Crafties - Mama LoveBug here with a birthday card for one of my grand-daughters, Taylor (Kimi's oldest).  She will be celebrating her b-day tomorrow, but today was a perfect "sharing day" for me.

Taylor, soon to be a sixth grader, enjoys school and so with that in mind I designed a card for a young lady all ready to hit the bricks and enjoy her educational experiences.  I had some of her school's specialty scrapbook paper and wanted to use the colors of red and black for the Hicksville Aces.  Sheri Baldy has a dynamite digi stamp that I sized, printed, colored/gel penned, cut out, and adhered to the card.  The card itself was cut out on my Cameo.  I had a small rose that I stickled to use as an embellie and tied a double bow of LoveBug Creations Rumple Ribbon - Simply Red and Simply Black - for the finishing touch to my card.  I hope she likes its personalization.

Dawn Rene's Simply the Best{ie} ♥

Happy Monday! Dawn Rene here with you today.... Last weekend I felt in the mood to color with my Copic markers. I find it very relaxing. This is birthstone Bestie and July's birthstone is a ruby!

The rest of the card is decorated with lots of goodie - including (of course) Lovebug Creations rumpled ribbons! I thought the Mae ribbon from the Oh Cecilia collection went well with her. I love the colors in the Oh Cecilia collection. They are very versatile - can be vintage, shabby chic, fall, festive, grungy! I added a touch of Simply White from the Just the Basics collection too!
